Shipping Locations

We provide standard shipping to all major cities and towns within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. For major enterprise projects outside these regions, please contact our logistics team directly.

Shipping Costs

Standard Local Delivery (Hyderabad): FREE for orders above ₹10,000.

Outside Hyderabad: Calculated based on weight and distance. Exact shipping costs will be provided during the quotation process.

Delivery Timelines

• Hyderabad/Secunderabad: 1-2 business days for in-stock items.
• Telangana Regional: 2-4 business days.
• Out of State: 5-7 business days depending on the carrier.

Handling Time

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, our team will provide you with a tracking number or delivery executive contact details via WhatsApp or Email.

Hardware Handling

Sensitive networking equipment (Servers, Switches, Racks) is packed using industry-standard anti-static and shock-absorbent materials to ensure zero transit damage.
